Exchange/ Return/ Refund Policy

We are sorry to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Don’t worry we are here to help you.

What is exchangeable / returnable (Refundable)

Currently, we don’t offer returns for products but exchanges are available (*subject to our discretion) within 7 days from the delivery of our shipment, if there is a

1. Damaged item sent
2. Defective item sent
3. Wrong item sent

Size charts for relevant Items are available on each product, so size issue cannot be taken into factor for exchange. Make sure to select appropriate size for yourself based on the size charts.

In case, there is a scenario where the Customer does not wants the product anymore, we will refund the balance amount after deducting exchange Charges*, after we have received the original product delivered to the customer. There is no refund, in case of successful order placed.

Refunds in case of failed payments will be done by the respective Payment Gateways and are generally processed within 7 working days.

Procedure for Exchange

You have to email us at hi@bambiha.in with a few pictures or a video showing the exact defect with the product. If we find the reason for exchange satisfactory, we will accept the exchange and issue a fresh order. Maximum of One Exchange is allowed for an order.

Requirements for Exchange of a Product

1. All products must be in original condition
2. All products must be Unused, of course.
3. All products must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
4. Exchange are not applicable on Sale/discounted products.
5. Once we have received the products and quality check is done.
6. You need to pack the product in original packaging so that it does not damage in transit back to us. We may arrange a pickup.*

*After we receive the returned product, a quality check will be conducted and then your exchange would be finalized.

*We are working on the return pick up facility at our end and it will be live soon. Until then you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange.

*Up to ₹100/- may be charged in terms of exchange.
